Walking around your city centre should be a pleasant experience no matter what time of day it is. Whether you’re popping out for your lunch break or are in town to do some serious shopping, we want you to feel relaxed and reassured in a high quality environment.

And that’s why we’d like to hear from you!

If you've used Birmingham City Centre recently, you will have noticed more and more face-to-face fundraisers trying to stop you and collect your personal details for charities. This is 'two-step fundraising' where you will be asked for your personal information and later contacted to gain a financial donation. This form of fundraising currently does not require a license to operate and we would like to know your views on this.

So please send us your views before the 30th of June 2012 and we’ll report back on what everyone told us.
